This three-room apartment at Residenza Lotus, furnished by Selezione Arredamenti in collaboration with Costruzioni Ruffo, was created with a precise goal: to transform every space into an environment that is welcoming, refined, and functional.
The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan area that brings together the living room, dining area, and linear kitchen in white lacquer. The kitchen and living area are visually separated by an anthracite lacquered partition wall featuring a round mirror and open shelving. The light wood flooring naturally connects the different areas of the living space, while the grey corner sofa is enhanced by cushions in terracotta, mustard, and burgundy tones. The round dining table with white chairs, the TV wall with integrated LED lighting, and the large French windows overlooking the balcony complete a space designed for everyday conviviality.
The sleeping area continues the same design language as the living space. The neutral palette is enriched by accents in terracotta and mustard tones, subtly repeated through textiles and accessories, creating a connection with the living area. Upholstered headboards, tactile fabrics, and black metal details define spaces that are simple yet full of character, completed by linear wall artwork and a small console.
The two modern and refined bathrooms have been designed with wall-mounted grey lacquered cabinetry, a continuous white countertop, a full-width mirror with integrated LED lighting, and a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted showerhead. The large-format grey stone-effect porcelain stoneware echoes the palette of the entire home, contributing to the overall visual coherence of the project.
The same attention to detail extends throughout the entire home: the light wood flooring accompanies the transition from the living area to the sleeping area, while the terracotta and mustard accents create a recognizable thread that runs from room to room. The balcony, furnished as a small extension of the interior space, becomes an integral part of the overall design.
