This renovation in the historic center of Verona stands out for its minimalist and elegant aesthetic, favoring high-quality materials and neutral tones that enhance the natural light of the spaces.

The kitchen, created with the Line model by  Zampieri Cucine, features a compact and refined corner configuration. The matte lacquered finish in “pebble” color imparts softness and harmony to the space, while the columns in “metallic iron” finish add a contemporary and sophisticated touch, creating a material contrast. The essential, handle-free design accentuates the clean and modern lines, while the under-cabinet lighting helps create a welcoming and functional environment.

The living area is furnished with the Charles sofa by Valentini, featuring an elegant and comfortable design, ideal for moments of relaxation. The neutral tone of the upholstery perfectly integrates with the room’s sober style. The TV stand, matte lacquered in “silk” color, is a refined piece that adds lightness and integrates with the overall decor. The bleached exposed beams on the ceiling create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large Linea sliding door by Movi also contributes to the visual lightness of the ensemble.

The Sorvolo double bed by Fimar, suspended and of modern design, represents the heart of the bedroom. The suspended structure creates an effect of lightness and makes the space airier, while the light-toned bedding and the large window ensure diffused brightness. The furniture maintains a neutral color palette, contributing to a relaxing and comfortable environment. The walk-in closet by Zalf, with glass doors, makes the division and use of spaces both functional and elegant.

The project reflects a perfect balance between modernity and simplicity, creating elegant and functional spaces that respect the building’s historical identity without forsaking contemporaneity.
