The bucolic atmosphere of this house, which overlooks the beautiful hills of Verona, can be breathed in the materials present inside the house: exposed stone, load-bearing beams and wooden mansard ceiling.
The project wanted to enhance these materials with the use of essential furniture, in form and design, and with the inclusion of canvases that give color and character to the environment. A touch of Kerakoll Warm 04 taupe on the walls emphasizes the white of the exposed beams, which is also taken up as the color of the kitchen that discreetly develops at an angle.
Eucalyptus wood was used in the TV cabinet, while the sofa picks up the shades of the wall. The same concept was applied for the attic, a work and relaxation area. An open bookcase in Ottanio finish divides the two workstations in perfect symmetry, the same Ottanio finish was used for the storage units, the panelling in the relaxation area and in the storage units next to the desk.
Zalf‘s walk-in closet satisfies the need to store linens and clothes, the latter organized in an optimal way for an immediate choice on clothes to wear.
